- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Although we arrived late, staff were happy to show us around as they closed up. The drive in seems way off the beaten path, but the museum shows how this site was once a key hub on the trade routes. Tip: if you are continuing west or north, learn more about the history & wildlife by taking the nearby free ferry across the N Saskatchewan River near Wingard to follow the Riverlands Heritage Preservation route (good gravel; well-signed).By Eric Fletcher, May 08, 2017
